That's the way I make it work. The truck does suffer a penalty, but that's the way it has to be. My garage really needs to be replaced but that keeps getting put off year by year. It has a dirt floor (covered by tarp then chipboard).
Do you have headroom for a lift? That is what I will have when I rebuild my garage.
