Today I removed the carb and the speedometer . I am almost positive that I didn't shake anything loose. I put new bulbs in the speedometer. My high beam light worked before. The head lights are ok I tested them on a battery but no power is going to the plugs. The tail lights are working. Are there any other fuses in the truck ?
The light switch is really hard to get at so I am trying to find a mirror so i can look up in there. Any advice would be appreciated thanks. | | |

Thats generally where the problem is. If there is no curent to the dimmer switch than it,s probably the light switch. I don,t believe there is a fuse for that. There are 2 fuses under the hood on the firewall. I think they are thge tail & stop lights.

it was the switch .the head lights are working now but the instrument lights are not working so I guess I'll look for a new switch.Thanks again for the quick reply. | | |
