Which is better and for what reason? I'm going to buy a dual set up and install it, but then ran across the option for a dual with power booster. Not sure if I'll need the power booster until after I start looking at disc brakes for the front.

Personally, I think if you are running an entirely stock driveline, the dual manual master cylinder is fine.

I upgraded to the dual set up in my truck but spent the few extra bucks for the booster combo also. If I ever upgrade to the disc set up then I only have to install a proportioning valve and walla. To each is there own and really in my humble opinion the important thing is the dual tanks on the master cylinder.

It's stock for now. I'll add the booster and prop valve later. Thanks for the advice!
