With the new hood and grille? Not likely. Probably the most changed body panel on a '60 -61 is the change to the '62-66 style hood. Ironically the 60-61 hoods are now very sought after. So your truck has the wrap around windshield, right? Your truck could be a 62 sold in 61 and then registered by the state as the year sold in. not uncommon.

In fact, I've read the '60-'61 hoods were very expensive to produce, and GM didn't run any more for the crash repair market after the model year, instead telling dealers to install a '62 hood.
The '60-'61 hoods also had a problem with rusting, making them even more difficult to find.
Odd that someone would change the grill for a '62 though. '62 should be a 1-headlight grill, but the headlight housing looks like they just adapted the 4-headlight housing to hold one bulb... I think they look awkward... an afterthought.
