As said, it was common for the hoods to be switched.
In fact, I've read the '60-'61 hoods were very expensive to produce, and GM didn't run any more for the crash repair market after the model year, instead telling dealers to install a '62 hood.
The '60-'61 hoods also had a problem with rusting, making them even more difficult to find.

Odd that someone would change the grill for a '62 though. '62 should be a 1-headlight grill, but the headlight housing looks like they just adapted the 4-headlight housing to hold one bulb... I think they look awkward... an afterthought.
