Does anyone know about this light and is it correct!
Thank you.

Back up lights attached to the R13 were only available for the station wagons. I have the same set-up that I will be using on my 48 Suburban. The station wagon light is the same, the base and rod/rod bracket are different. The Suburban base is round and the rod bracket is longer. The rod is bent differently. I would not pass up this light even if it is for a station wagon, finding a base and components may be hard to find, but not impossible. The R13 and B31 combination is harder to find. | | | | | Joined: Nov 2012 Posts: 257 Haunting the SBP since 2001 | | Haunting the SBP since 2001 Joined: Nov 2012 Posts: 257 | I agree with Gmoniz on that. The fact that the Guide B-31 back up lamp is on the Guide R-13 tail lamp leads me to believe that it is not the correct Suburban tail lamp assembly but, sounds more like the station wagon tail lamp assembly. http://img.claspics.com/w8cp5hb/hhv16v9l/1371072608-439.jpg_m.jpg?1371072614 | | | | | Joined: Oct 2004 Posts: 1,780 Master Gabster | | Master Gabster Joined: Oct 2004 Posts: 1,780 | Thanks, I was looking for a picture like yours. That is a station wagon taillight mounted on a suburban, notice the square shape base. | | | | | Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 205 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2011 Posts: 205 | Awesome news guys, I've purched 2 of these lights, one has the B13 on the left and the other has the B13 on the right. I'm not sure how to post photos but they are in awesome condition. Thank you for the information.
