Metal tag wired to engine block(?) #944431 05/19/2013 10:34 PM

twotone 'Bolter T Joined: Nov 2009 Posts: 639 Iowa	When cleaning up a '59 GMC 270, I found this metal tag and washer wired to the engine block, driver's side rear just above the oil pan and in front of the bell housing. Thing is, it was on the engine when it was painted so it must have been put on in the factory. Any ideas? Vintage Car Artist
