Its for a 1955 2nd series.

#94306 01/18/2006 11:58 PM | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | Bob, if the harness is pretty correct original style it's real straight forward, as they're shaped in a way that the connections almost can't be attached in the wrong place - if you have a shop manual it has the wiring schematic that shows all the correct colors - even if yours isn't color coded properly, it'll still make it evident which wires go where - if you give me a better idea of what the harness looks like I might be able to help you figure it out

They don't want the libility of giving me the information on an old harness. Most of if not all the colors are standard. I just don't have their numbers to work with.

Thanks Are the ends of each wire marked with a white wrap around sticker that reads 1 or 2 or 3, etc or maybe A, B, etc.? My thoughts are that since virtually all of the resellers buy their harnesses from YNZ & sell them as their own and that is the way YNZ marks their wires that it might be worth a call to YNZ. If it's their harness they can send you installation instructions & if it isn't they might be able to direct you to the maker of the harness.
