We have made all of the other blocks and pads for mounting the cab and need to make replacement rear bushings as well.
Any information would be appreciated.

It may be a day or two before I can get on my photo sharing site. If you can sit tight for a bit I'll get to it ASAP. The round biscuit looking bushing is steel and 3/4 inch thick. A rubber bushing (shown here cracked and squashed) was pressed into the steel and appears to have had a 3/4 inch long "stem" with a hole for the bolt (shown) to pass through.
