If you have the by pass oil filter housing you will need to make a bracket or relocate it if you use the Fenton intake. I am not sure about the other intake manifolds. You will also need to heat the intake by water or exhaust heat.

The intake hole size will limit what gets through. I have seen the manifolds milled out to accept the Rochester 2GC carbs will good results, but I haven't heard anything good about the adapters being used.

We did a lot of testing years ago. We were not able to duplicate the performance of the original single barrel using ANY two barrel with the 2 -> 1 adapter.
We did no testing by milling out the manifold as Joe suggested, so have no comment there; but using the two barrel and adapter WITHOUT manifold modifications LOST performance (at least in ALL of our testing).
