I used a '53 water pump for my '52 216 (has the 3/8" grove pulley). Now I am setup for modern 3/8" belt size and have an extra grove on the balancer for future needs. Bill | | | | | Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 1,644 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 1,644 | Jim Carter has them,I put one on my 52 5 years ago.Also you'll need a in line diode on the exsiter wire from you're key switch to the alt. if you install a 2 wire alt.so the power only flows from you're switch to the alt. and not back to the switch after you turn the truck off .You can get one from a radio shack or jim carter has them to.
