We use the following from Classic Parts for the 4-speed and t-case shifter boots on our '60-'66 Chevy 4x4 trucks & Suburbans:
Floor shift boot - 40-626 (68-72) - 4wd - $19.95
Transfer case boot - 40-641 (71-72) - $19.95
We have found these to be the closest match. We have a factory-correct, orginal, t-case shifter boot, we are attempting to have reproduced, at this time.

We have used them, when they were the only option, over a few holes in the floor. We haven't found a manufacturer yet, but we are working on it. We have several '60-'66 Chevy trucks, in the que, and will be needing the 4-speed shifter boot & t-case shifter boot, again soon. I will let you know if we secure a service-provider.
I would like to see a photo of your OEM/NOS t-case & tranny shifter boots, if you have any. Thanks.

I found some NOS [early take-off] TF panel barn doors with factory rubber still on in decent shape and they did an excellent job of reproducing it quickly, including the metal clips for the corners

After an 8 month wait, I was told they weren't able to produce an item for us, that was specific to the '60-'66 Chevy Suburbans & Panels. I told them, thanks for trying and they sent the original items back to me. Not a pleasant experience, but thanks for the suggestion. | | |
