Would it be possible to pull a fuse and see what circuit it killed... radio, wipers,interior lights, etc.

The fuse panel on my '66 looks the same. The fuses are labeled as indicated from top to bottom.

WIPER
PANEL/LTS
HEATER/BU LAMPS
RADIO/BRAKRLP
TAIL/STOP-DOME
SPOTLIGHT
