Well, I've almost got the bus street worthy to drive and I wanted to get a seat that would be butt worthy, I mean comfortable. So I found a power Suburban driver seat at a wrecking yard in decent donor shape and had it reupholstered for my color scheme. My friend's son did the job and I'm real pleased with the results. Here's a couple pics of the before and after.

Very nice, does he have a shop or does he do this on his own? I would be very interested in talking to him about doing the stock bench seat in my 50 2-ton. Wife wants it done in cowhide with the hair on.

He does this on his own, but at a shop. I'll ask him if he's up to it. If so I'll send you his number to call him. That sounds like a cool idea for the covering.

Hey Piston Farmer. I'll PM his cell number to you. If he doesn't answer just leave a voice mail, but he's expecting your call.
