I installed a reproduction turn signal on my 53 chevy and I also installed a EZ wire kit to update the truck to 12 volt. I was not getting any power to the connecter for the flasher relay. so I bypassed it by running a wire from the leaving side of the brake switch and then combined the brake switch wire to the power wire coming from the turn indicator switch. Everything was working perfect until I re routed the wires I believe I have hooked up the wires the same and only one side will flash but the hazard lights will flash but not the left side. I replaced the relay and now the right side will flash but its a hit or miss of it working. Any help would be great.

This is a little hard to follow but I would rethink your logic. It sounds like you are co-mingling a switch circuit (brake) and the relay circuit (flasher). There is a reason they are separate. One, is the brake lights should still function if the flashers are activated. I would be trying to find out why there is no power to the relay in the correct configuration. I would expect any connections made from either device to the lights would be parallel and not in series.

Maybe this will help. Not the same year, but you can see the separate circuits and it should be similar.

There are many styles of "reproduction turn signal" kits. Without knowing the brand/model, it is not really possible to explain all the possible circuits.
