I just do not know if there is enought room to put the pump on the front of the motor. I can change to manual, but I would like for my wife to drive the truck also and she would need power steering. Picture would be great. Thanks Jerry

I'm running a SBC ( 327 ) with Saginaw pump on standard brackets. | | | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 2,832 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 2,832 | Check in the Speedway Motors catalog part #'s 910-32912 or 910-32913. This is a pump and bracket that is very small. The pump is the same as all but has a remote mount reservoir which is what takes up the room with most pumps. My 34 has a Toyota MR2 electric p/s pump which takes up NO room since it's where the battery box was.

| | | | | Joined: Sep 2004 Posts: 45 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Sep 2004 Posts: 45 | I had the saginaw P/S pump on the 350 engine in my '38 with Alan Grove brackets , it also had a short water pump . It was a little snugg but not as tight as a newer car , it all depends on how far forward or back and how high or low in the frame your engine is mounted . So many variables but it is possible .
