I am putting in a new clutch and would like to get this done since I have it all apart.
Also, would any parts store have a replacement clutch and throw out bearing?

If the flywheel is not burnt or warped and teeth are Ok, it's OK. Try to determine the newest year flywheel that will fit that will give you a better chance to find one new. The PN's given by Leon are $130 or $150. The price INCLUDES throw out bearing, pilot bushing and installation tool.
