Another question for my bolter friends. Will the doors off of a 1953 1/2 ton truck fit a 1949 1/2 ton truck? I really like the push button door with the vent window. Too much work on the 49' to change cabs. Thanks again. Steven

They will work - use the 1953 door's latch on the door and the 1953 truck's catch on the cab.

Thanks so much Tim. That will be my next project on my 1949. Now all I have to do is find them at a reasonable cost. Tall order!!

Most people want the doors without the vent windows, so you could probably trade youre.
