I'm putting in the light switch, manual choke, wiper switch, cigarette lighter and ignition switch. I forgot what locations they all go in and the shop manuals don't really say.

On the left are three holes....Lights first(far left), choke(middle hole), wipers(next)?

On the right are two holes....it's obvious that the ignition is on the left. I assume cigarette lighter is on the right?

Mine is apart too. Try the wiper switch in the middle left.
