Welcome to the Bolt!

I'd suggest posting this question over on the Big Bolt forum. You may get better results there.

Hy Chrislon, welcome, according to my Canadian parts book the last year that the 9600 series was produced in the post WW2 design was 1951, and they had a GVW of 15,500 lbs., in 1950 this same chassis was referred to as a 2 1/2 ton. This series of truck was not produced again until the 1955 "B" or second series, hope that helps.
