All the cylinders look great except for #4 the wrist pin was loose and scored both sides of the cylinder I'm not sure how deep they are . I believe the original size pistons are installed the only marks on the top are the letter T and the piston position number.
What is the Max overbore I can go? Can you sleeve these engines Any suggestions on measuring the damage to see how deep the grooves are
Thank John

Not a problem at all to clean up a scored wall on most engines unless it's really bad. Stock pistons were offered up to .040. | | | | Joined: Oct 2010 Posts: 45 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Oct 2010 Posts: 45 | No I'm not sure if the engine is the original The engine code is HAA364772. Hopefully I can get a inside micrometer and see how deep the grooves are but they are pretty deep.
