The LH & RH brackets mount to the cab floor which in turn are used to mount the Ride Control Seat. I'm going to have these made when the shop can schedule them into the work flow. It's much quicker and easier than removing rusted bolts and prepping my originals and saves me valuable time. | | | | Joined: Aug 2001 Posts: 1,285 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Aug 2001 Posts: 1,285 | You are talking about the two brackets that bolt to the cab floor at the indented areas and have the "L" front bend that bolts to the front of the seat skirt that is welded to the cab floor? Then the driver's seat track bolts to the top of them? There is actually a member here (I think big_dan_1950) that has already made them?

I had spoken with Dan some months back and he didn't want to sell the brackets. Seems like he made only one set and of heavier gage. I looked at his photos and it appears a couple of angle cuts were not replicated. A few weeks ago I came across an original pair and since I need two sets I decided to have these made. Quicker and probably will end up costing the same for another used pair. I will weld in square nuts as original. With in the klast year I found two Unison Seats with just about all the original hardware. The last set is lacking some fasteners.
If there was any kind of demand I would have a few more sets made up but I don't know if it's worth it. | | | | Joined: Oct 2012 Posts: 233 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Oct 2012 Posts: 233 | Any pictures of what you are describing as I would like that on my truck.

I may have had the measurements on the links too but cannot think of where they might be now. If someone does not answer soon, I may try and measure mine without taking them apart. These are the bushings we decided worked but they are too thick and need to be turned down to barely clear the links. http://www.mcmaster.com/#catalog/118/1126/=kx8syk part number 6338K457 | | |
