That can easily be fixed with a resistor behind the gauge , as supplied by Jim Carter and others . Dont know about refacing decals , I think the advertisers also stock them too. | | |

Do refacing, convert all to 12V electrical guages if ypu want, calibtate sppedometer to specs you give them and optionally on yours, can put a small tach in middle of guages. web page try this | | |
