Has anyone replaced front cab mounts on a 55-59 3100 lately?

The kit I bought from Classic Parts says it has instructions, but it did not come with instructions.

This is the kit:

When I was finally able to call them (our work schedules do not seem to coincide), they said they had a hard copy of the instructions, but could only fax or snail mail a copy to me because they did not have any way to scan it in (hmmmmm...).

Trying to work on the truck this weekend and would really appreciate someone checking in who has done this recently. And;

I did check the assembly manual, but most of the pages that reference the mount hardware were not clear enough about the number of washers (which could even be shims in the drawing?), the size of the bolts, and where the rubber is placed on the front mounts (i.e.; between the shims or above/below),

There being no answer here, I managed to get Classic Parts to send me the instructions.
