After driving 5 hours to get there and then driving up to 5000 ft on a dirt road for 7 miles into the back mountains of Montana,I saw the truck,No rust,And it didn't look bad at all,I started it up after a little work on the carb to make the fuel go through and tried to drive it on the trailer,Well before I started to move it I check the brakes,WHAT BRAKES!, Well I wasn't going to drive it on the trailer without brakes and there was not enough E brake to stop it,So the guy(who has cancer and is very week and I do mean very week)who I bought it from had a 160hp tractor and he was going to push me up the trailer to get it on the truck,Now I drove my truck and trailer up a small hill so as he wasn't going to get me on the trailer and then have it "run away " from me,so everything was fine and he got into his tractor and started to push me up my trailer, Great! We were on and everything was great! UNTIL his foot came off the clutch pedel and pushed me over the front part of the trailer, of coarse I was still in the cab of the 47 and saw my new GMC truck getting closer to the 47 and I was pulling that E brake as hard as I could to stop and it just didn't work. Finely after he turned off his tractor I was safe! ( I think I might need a new front seat now) and I guess it was time for me to check out the king pins on the 47 since they were dangling in the air!And it didn't hit my new truck,boy i was happy!...So I got a lesson in driving his tractor and then I had to take over the loading of it or unloading of it ,I disconnected the trailer from my truck and moved it out of the way and drove his tractor and picked up the front of the 47 with his bucket and placed it on the trailer and all was good! Maybe $400.00 damage to the trailer and nothing but the exhaust pipe smashed on the 47. everybody was fine,Nobody was hurt,No yelling,No crying,No cursing,I think i still was in shock for the rest of the day.When your sitting in a truck that seems to be about 20 foot off the ground and thinking it might roll over on you wasn't a good thought.But it didn't and we made it home without anymore mishaps .I just had to share with all of you what happened to me. I think this ordeal might have slowed me down with my sickness. I think this could be the last one for me.(maybe).LOL The picture of the 47 are in my baldybenny's library.

I didn't think he was that weak.I just thought I was going to be push on the trailer and he would have backed away. Ah No!
