What fun. After 2.5 years I started the truck and drove it down to the corner and back. Only starting problem was the float stuck on the carb. Pretty amazing considering all the parts I took apart and rebuilt. Need some more break work and have a minor engine leak at the oil pump. Back to the body next week. Added a short video of the engine running on photobucket.

i sure do know the feeling, i just got mine together this past friday nite after a year and a half and took it to a hotrod show on saturday it runs really well i put a few hundred miles on it already http://i629.photobucket.com/albums/uu14/kurtdh519/4-13-11188.jpg this is when i first bought it

no, thats just the way it was when i found the truck in michigan, covered in dust in a warehouse,ya know, you're truck is exactly like mine, mine even had the lime green stripe around the middle of the cab
