My feeling on the subject is this; from what I've seen the job of installing power windows is fairly complicated and not one I would want to attempt with just any regulator and one I probably would have to do additional fabrication. Just my 2 cents.

I highly recommend the Specialty Power Window Company ...
I believe they are in Georgia or Alabama ...
I bought their kit for the AD trucks ... Fits and works perfectly
and best of all Made In USA.
They are NOT the cheapest but compared to some of the junky plastic and Chinese
stuff being offered out there ... their stuff is no contest. You can also call them with questions!
(They also have a slick wiper kit to replace the old AD system that I intend to install.)

They use adapters that mount to your existing regulators. I also tried these but never could get them adjusted quite right. The best kit I've seen IMO is the Nu-Relics unit. They're a direct bolt in but they're not cheap!

I casually browsed the electric window options myself and also came up with the same conclusion. And decided there's nothing wrong with the original crank and it's certainly cheaper and more reliable than any electric window, I'll stick with stock.
