Not sure if we have a place to talk about windows. Trying to install my side windows back into the rollers. Driving me crazy any help would be great.

Not sure exactly what the issue is but just wanted to mention that you have to remove the ventilators to install the glass.

Before I had new window channels and fuzzies I could pull the glass out of the lower channel and lift the glass out with the ventilators installed. Once I installed all the new pieces parts though everything is back to factory spec. and the ventilators needed removed.

Not a big deal, but a good thing to know.

John, got that far. Just wish I new what order to put them in. Got the glass in, then the vent window just can't get glass in rollers. I need to also replace the rollers. not sure about remove all the mechanisms.

The glass is attached to a bracket. The bracket is attached to the regulator (2 screws). From the inside, you have to roll the regulator up / or down to be able to access the attaching points. Not sure if my description of regulator is what you refer to as rollers, but I can't think of what else it might be. Are you missing the bracket?
Haven't removed the regulator myself, but it has to come out of the access holes in the interior door. I suppose things could go in backwards and that might not allow holes to line up.

longboarder - sounds like what you've got wrong is what Hambone mentions, the channel that the rollers go into needs to be on the rollers before the glass is put in the door, then the glass sash is attached to that channel inside the door

Thanks guys, have the channel on the glass in the door. Can't seem to get the window on the roll up mechanism? to slide into the window. Do I slide window onto the arms, then slide in the vent window.Vent window goes in easier with window in door but not in the tracks. But can't get them together. Trying figure out which order things go in?

repeat - the channel is put on the rollers before any glass is put it - the widow glass and vent assembly go in at the same time, then the window glass lower sash is attached to the channel that's already on the rollers

At one time I had a PowerPoint and Word document where I detailed putting the doors together. Last year my computer died and I no longer have them. However I sent the documents to several bolters. Maybe they still have a copy.
