Has anyone every seen what came with the 1-tons when they were new for jack(s) to change tires? With the original 17" wheels on them those trucks sit high and I am curious as I have never seen a jack set up for the 1-tons. Thanks.

I pulled this jack and accessories from a '48 3800 at a junkyard several years ago.

ciroehm,

What year 1 ton?
Check the extended height of the 3800 jack in 1948.

How high is your axle from the ground? Would a 16" extended height of the bottle jack raise your axle?

Thanks, that helps me. Now i just have to find one. Let me know if you want to sell that one or maybe trade-it. I have a drive-shaft brake set-up for a 1- ton complete with the transmission plate etc.

I am not sure will need to take a measurement and see, it sits pretty high with the 17" wheels and dual leaf springs.
