I didn't press out the pins as recommended by many, but my pins didn't give me any grief, and within three swings of my BFH, they were out. It's my 2 car garage which 1/2 has a truck, and the other 1/2 has 4 kids bikes, lawn mower, garden stuff and all the other house garage items squeezed into 1/2 a garage!
When I start pulling apart wheel bearings I make sure my immediate area is clean so I can keep them clean!

Grigg Frig, I missed a few! Yes I have pics of pressing the bushings out. However I brought it to a shop to have them pressed in and reamed. After reading a few stories about guys here attempting to use brake hones and not having much luck, the $110 I paid to have both done was worth it. I'll get the pics of pressing them out up there.

It was just a 3/4" deep socket in a press.
When I brought the pair of spindles to the machinist, he called me the next day to tell me the once spindle was too worn to accept the new bushing - it just slid through. It happened to be the drivers side.
I was on the hunt for a "new" spindle. A local Stovebolter helped me out and now the front end is reassembled. | | |
