Who's up for another Mid-West GabFest at the 11th Annual Delafield Car Show, September 16th 2012, 11am-3:00pm, $10 per car at gate, People Free of charge to view, People's choice judging with trophies, Live Band and Food?

This is a show I have attended for a few years now and I plan to have both my '46 1/2 ton and my '46 Suburban in attendance. If I get enough people to committ to attending I will ask that an area be set aside for the stovebolts and I will bring a 10'x20' tent for us to gather under. This is a really neat show where the downtown streets get shut down and the cars line the street.

Who's up for it!?!?

A picture of my truck (and my daughter) at the show last year.

Link to An American Classics web page with show info and pics from last year.

Copied from the events page. Who's up for a show in September?

Hope to see you (and others) there Randy. I drove over to Watertown today and added some hardware to the shelf in the garage. Won best of class and the Fire Chief's award. Can't say I have ever left a show with two trophies.

It would be great to get a pile of trucks at the Delafield show! People really seem to like these old trucks! I invited a few of the guys with trucks to Delafield so hopefully the word is spreading.

Just a reminder that this great show is coming up on the 16th. I hope that we are able to pull together a good number of stovebolts like we did at Fox lake. I will be bringing my '46 1/2 ton as well as my '46 Carrall. I am also pretty sure that my dad will be bringing the '46 olds Woodie.

Hope all of you in the area of Delafield, WI are able to come to the show. I'll fly the Stovebolt flag that day!

Tim

Just bumping it to the top since it is this weekend. Hope to see a few more trucks there!
