I wanted to share a couple photos of 1966 trucks I saw at a car show on 08-11-2012.

This red Camper Special is a factory correct restoration. 327 automatic:

And this '66 was "resto-rodded", stock restored exterior and interior, but newer drivetrain and brakes.

I would walk past a million dollars of car show inventory, to see that truck up-close and in-person. Thanks for sharing.

FYI, the camper addition, in 1965 & 1966, was known as a Custom Camper. The Camper Special fit-up & badging came a few years later.

That Truck belongs to Mike Remley, Really NICE Truck up close. Mike has a few of those trucks. i see him at a few shows and swap meets.
