Any one have pics of a '50 4100 I can use as reference? | | | | | Joined: May 2012 Posts: 574 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: May 2012 Posts: 574 | i have a 1955 1.5 ton that didn't come with a bed, and i don't believe that most 4000 series trucks came with beds; my advice is don't waste your time trying to find an original bed, as they are few and far between, build one, that is what most owners did back then and it will be your design so it can be built however you choose.

Model 4109 Cab w/stake body 105-5/8" long inside the boards. 87-5/16" Outside width of boards, inside the boards is 80-3/4". The stake rack is 38-1/2" tall.
Model 4108 Cab w/platform body 112-3/16" long and 87-5/16" wide. Dimension to the flat bed unloaded from the ground is 48-5/16". Same for the 4109 above. | | |
