The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area Engine Shop 216 Chevy Freeze Plug Locations?

I have a coolant leak in the front of the engine; radiator hoses & water pump look ok. I now want to check the freeze plugs, but don't know where all of them are located. Any help/diagram would be appreciated. Thanks.

In the front - there's one just over the timing cover and under the water pump.

If its leaking from the plug in the front - it should be fully exposed and quite visible to see.
