I plan to install the outside sun visor on my '56 tomorrow. I'm a bit apprehensive about drilling into my cab, but it has to be done if i want this...

i am looking for tips, etc, that any TF Stovebolters may have for making this as easy as possible - and more importantly - less likely for me to screw up.

Can it be done with one person (just me)?
Ideas for templating?
What should go between the visor and body? I was planning to use strip caulk
Anything else i didn't think of?

thanks for any input

I can't help but I'm sure someone can. Good luck.
