The Stovebolt Site Forums The Shop Area Driveline 250 - 700r4 combo in 46 2-ton.

So has anyone here attempted this swap into their Bolt? I've got everything bolted together and in place in my 46 2-ton Chevy. I bought a B&M control box to operate the converter lock-up. Now it's time to tackle the dreaded TV Cable. So has anyone here successfully got this swap to work in their Bolt? It seems the best/easiest solution is to fab/weld a bell-crank to the bottom of the throttle pivot located on the side of the manifold. I know there is specific geometry that needs to be adhered to but I can work that out once I get the basic foundation in place. Just wondered what has worked (and failed) for other members attempting this combo. Thanks in advance for anyone's input.
