I have the valve cover off because I'm working on the rocker arms. I also have the side cover off to look over the lifters. I've drained the oil and I want to fill the oil pan. Can I refill the oil pan thru the draft tube opening?

Sure but there's a splash baffle in there so don't pour too fast.
