Could my cable be suspect?

Bill | | | | | Joined: Oct 2010 Posts: 171 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Oct 2010 Posts: 171 | disconnect it from the trans and see if you can chuck up the "tit" inside the cable in your cordless drill and have a helper look at the gauge while you turn the drill slowly, then a bit faster, then you'll know if its a cable/speedo problem or drive gear in the trans case
