When put under a load the engine stalls. To get home I have to fully choke the carb and feather the gas. I replace the fuel pump today and that helped for a while. I drove about 3 miles with no problems then all of a sudden it started doing the same thing.
Any ideas?

Takeing a few miles before it shows up brings up the possibility of a cloged up vent or improper gas cap.

I will try the gas cap thing and see what happens. I went ahead and ordered a new sending unit and carb today though.
