I have to pump the gas a couple times and then floor it just so that it remains running. After a few seconds i can let go of gas but it will continue to run rough a bit.
- At idle oil pressure is 15 running it is between 30-45
- The tstat is consistent at 140 and no over heating issues.
- There is a single barrel zenith carb on it that I sprayed with Gumout carb cleaner but showed no improvement.
- Fuel tank has been boiled and cleaned.
- Fuel lines look good and fuel filter shows clean and clear with no sediment visible.
- I haven't fooled around with carb other than Gumout.
- All wires are good as well.
The numbers I got off engine were:

Sounds like a carb rebuild is in order.
If you have an adjustable main jet you could remove it and check for trash in the opening.
