I pulled off the rear drum for the first time to change out the wheel cylinder and found a rusted up adjuster screw. I'd like to get 4 new ones while I'm changing out the wheel cylinders. Local auto stores don't list this part for 52's. Anyone have any suggestions?

I had one of those that was froze. I was able to save it with soaking it in my favorite penetrating oil and then cleaned It up with a wire brush. Good as new .

Adding a speed bleeder is a good idea while you have everything apart.
Just keep in mind if you purchase replacement wheel cylinders the bleeder screws may be metric "Hecho en Chena"

@oldchevytrucks, Find a flaps and try them before you order on line! I know it seems like a hassle, but the oldest auto parts store you can find the better. They are still in business because they have been doing SOMETHING right for years. Failing that take the old one and try to match it up. I am willing to bet that other Chevys used the same part for years!

Best wishes and good hunting,

Les
