iam lookin at a 1946 chevy 1 1/2 - 2ton truck that is for sale, 90% restored, just the fenders and hood to paint yet and put back on ?he was asking $3750 i offered 2500, 6months ago ,and its still for sale , now he called and he would take the 2500 , is that a good deal ?, frame n cab all redone off frame, motor ..etc, should I ?mic
