what is the best way to replace cab corners on a 1950 chevy 3100?

otherwise MPandC posted this yesterday here Welding joints and it should answer most of your questions.

I have used these outer cab corners with success. The angles are pretty good. There is no weep hole (as was in the original cab corner).

I used those as well, and no complaint. I did only use the bottom half on my corner since it wasn't to bad and then was able to use the remaining top half for the rust pocket I had just forward of the door. took a bit of shaping but the curve was actually very close...fyi

Ive got an extra cab that is junk and am going to try to cut the top cab corners and shape them to try and make something close enough to the lower corners.if on mock up it doesn't look quite right i'll buy them from classic parts.

Yea I think I will probably go with the corners from classic parts my self...all I need is a welder..lol
