Title is clean but the VIN doesn't seem right. VIN is listed as 0890243F54X. If same as title - no problem that I see. If not, still not the end the world. Work with the seller to correct the problem with the paperwork. Florida probably has a way to fix that.

You will find no numbers like that on a 1954 Chevrolet truck. Furthermore, if the engine number does not match the title that needs to be corrected through proper channels. I know these VIN plates can often get lost in a restoration. Especially if someone is swapping cabs, replacing cowls, etc... Using the engine number has always seemed very unreliable, for the same reasons.
