I have the Toyota box on my 56 3100 and it does not have any clearance problems as it mounts in the same location as the stock box. You still have to take into account your wheel backspace as the tire could could hit the drag link. I used a wheel with 3 1/2" backspace, you may get away with 4" but I would set everything up before buying new wheels. The 235 brackets & pulleys are a problem as no one seems to make a kit.
