I came home yesterday to find a big puddle of red transmission fluid under the ’53. I guess after 15 years of storage some of the seals must be brittle. So just when I thought I’d be driving it soon, I’m tearing out the tranny to have it rebuilt.

If it's one of the seals, are you still wanting to rebuild?
