For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: May 2006 Posts: 12 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: May 2006 Posts: 12 | I recently purchased a 3 speed with a Borg Warner overdrive box. I have it installed in my 55 1st series 3100. I am going to wire it up like it came from the factory with a relay and kickdown swithch. I have the wiring diagram but the solonoid on the transmission doesn't have the terminal 4 or terminal 6 marked on the solonoid case. Is there any way to know which is which so I get things wired right the frist time and not burn something up? | | | | | Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 9,671 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 9,671 | Why don't you post a copy of the schematic and maybe someone here could point you in the right direction.

But glad you got it sorted out on your own.
