Now if you ask about value I would think if the body is in completed condition, that is every rust out patched and rust free probably somewhere between 3K and k4. The hood might be a bit hard to find as 54 and 55.1, I believe will be the only hoods that will fit.
You could buy a trashed AD for the frame and other parts. It could become an expensive project if you don't have a parts vehicle.
Of course you could try using the part truck's title but that might not work. Here in Texas a panel truck is a truck so why not? Otherwise you'll have to file for a new title.

Compare its condition vs the price. You can expect to spend a lot of time and money in patch panels and mig wire to bring it to the prime condition of the one you are looking at. The tear-down is a lot of work and so is all the work that has already been done.
