These are 3/8 fine thread (they are defiantly not coarse thread). I think they also come with a loose washer just under the bolt head. Does anyone know of a vendor that sells them. Those bolts are 3/8" SAE thread. You should be able to buy new ones at any hardware store if you are not worried about the originality of the bolt head.

Most any fastener house should have them close to you.
