The tube is loose can pick the top portion out looks like it was soldered in place at one time also loose by the compresion fitting,Sorry i can't be more spcific but doesn'nt seen rite any suggestion. Should that tube be replaced and whats it called? The overflow tube should be soldered in place. I sometimes use a wire tie to hold one that has broken loose in place.
